The sanding and polishing treatment is suitable both for floors under construction and for the restoration of existing surfaces. In the case of a new floor, sanding is carried out approximately 4 weeks after construction.
In existing floors, after carefully restoring missing parts, sanding and polishing give the floor a new look by removing paint deposits, greasy substances, liquids, and dust that have settled over time. This creates a very durable surface that is difficult to scratch, preventing residual gum marks and chipping, as can often happen to resin.
